Rates and conditions
All rates are in Australian dollars and include basic vehicle protection cover, unlimited kilometres and GST. Rental days are calculated on a calendar day basis. When calculating the number of days the vehicle is rented, the day of pick-up is counted as day one of the rental, regardless of pick-up time. The day of the Vehicle’s return is counted as the final day of the rental regardless of drop-off time.

Minimum hire periods
Jucy’s minimum hire periods are easy. If you pickup and return to the same city the minimum hire is 5 days. If you return your campa to a different city a 10 day minimum rental applies. Please note that from 20 December to 20 January, a 14 day minimum hire period applies to all rentals. Minimum hire periods are subject to change.

Cancellations and amendments
You are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit when you make a booking for a Jucy campervan.

Cancellation fees
Cancel before pickup date: deposit forfeited
Cancel on day of pickup or no-show: 100% of gross rental fee is charged

When a reservation is amended prior to collection, the rate may be recalculated. The rate will be recalculated if the changes are made to:

a) the vehicle collection or return point
b) the vehicle category, or
c) the vehicle collection date or drop off date

Any rate calculation is based on the rate advertised when the reservation was made
